Production Time Every Doxa Co. product is made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

- Orders under $50 — flat rate $4.99
- Orders $50 and over — FREE shipping
Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days please contact us at hello@thedoxaco.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Doxa Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
