Refund policy
At Doxa Co. we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Because each item is produced on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- Your order arrives with a manufacturing error (wrong item, wrong size, misprinted design)
- Your package is confirmed lost in transit
To initiate a claim: Email us at hello@thedoxaco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours and make it right.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Exchanges for defective or damaged items are subject to product availability.
We are a small faith-rooted business and we take every order personally. If something isn't right, we want to know.
